Sundays Energy is dedicated to ensuring that your website is reliable, bug-free and compliant with current web standards. This is a given element of having a website built by us.

However, given the open-source nature of the platform, there are some aspects which may be beyond our control. This applies specifically to certain non-core modules contributed by the Drupal community, and sites that are hosted on servers other than our own.

In the cases above, there may occasionally be issues that arise requiring us to probe the depths of systems or code that we weren't involved in creating or developing. In these cases, though relatively rare, SE must recuperate our time spent investigating and fixing the problem(s).
