1.0 Planning & Client/User Orientation

Face-to-face, telephone, or email support for the site’s functionality. SE’s process for orienting clients to the site consists of three major components: Planning Meetings, Functional Orientation, and Support Time. Such time will be billed effectively after the first initial half-hour (30 min.) of consultation.
